Service Advisory
The purpose of the Superintendent Service Advisory is to network and build relationships with service, nonprofit, and civic organizations who support С»ÆѼÊÓƵ students and families.
Interfaith Advisory
The goal of the Superintendent's Interfaith Advisory Council is to strengthen relationships between faith-based organizations and С»ÆѼÊÓƵ in order to collaboratively support students academically, socially, and emotionally.
Business Advisory
TheÌýSuperintendent Business Advisory is a group of business leaders in the metro area invited to share their expertise on topics such as the districtÌýbudget and workforce development.
Parent Advisory
Parents share candid input and are liaisons to their building parent groups. Schools select representatives to attend three meetings a year with the Superintendent and his team. If you are interested in serving on this advisory, please contact your child's principal.
Other Advisories
С»ÆѼÊÓƵ also supports a High Ability Learner (HAL) Parent Advisory and a Superintendent's Student Advisory. Both groups have an internal process for selection of members who rotate on a regular schedule.
TeamMates matches meet once a week in school during the academic year. Mentors and mentees usually play board games, shoot hoops, do a craft, or just talk. С»ÆѼÊÓƵ TeamMate volunteers are currently mentoring more than 400 students, but we still have a waiting list.

Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students) is one of the largest and most respected school-based, family, and community engagement, organizations in the country. Here in С»ÆѼÊÓƵ, each year more than 2,000 Watch D.O.G.S. spend a day in their child's elementary school, volunteering more than 12,000 hours annually.
